US firm and former partner in bid to avoid court battle over sexual harassment claims

US firm Pillsbury Winthrop and former partner Frode Jensen have agreed to enter mediation in their bitter public battle over allegations of sexual harassment made at the time of the corporate lawyer’s announced departure last year.
The pre-judgment hearing in the $45m court case has been postponed until April following a joint application for mediation last month.
