Fried Frank prepares management for Ashursts

New York’s Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has voted in two new co-managing partners as it prepares to agree to a merger with London’s Ashurst Morris Crisp.

The 560-lawyer practice voted in New York-based corporate partners Valerie Ford Jacob and Paul Reinstein to succeed current co-heads Peter Cobb and Michael Rauch, whose tenures expired last month.
