Herbert Smith has muscled in on Lovells’ prized hotel development client BAA Lynton, advising on its £22m deal with Jurys Doyle Hotel Group to build a hotel at Heathrow.
In the past, Herbert Smith has advised BAA Lynton, the British Airports Authority’s commercial property arm, on office and industrial development work, but the company usually favours Lovells for its hotel deals.
