Kellerman quits BHD as Hale and Dorr assumes control

Tom Kellerman, the head of high profile joint venture firm Brobeck Hale and Dorr (BHD), has stepped down, as the leading Boston firm Hale and Dorr last week announced terms for it to fully integrate BHD as its European arm.

US-qualified Kellerman will be replaced by former Morgan Cole partner Joe Pillman as overall managing partner of BHD, which was formerly run by the Boston firm alongside Californian giant Brobeck Phleger & Harrison.
