Southwest firm Morgan Cole has elected head of insurance Robin Havard as chairman following a hotly contested election.
Havard won out in a three-way battle against head of corporate Graeme Guthrie and head of litigation Allan Wilson. He will take over from outgoing chairman John Cole on 1 April.
