Euroclear names panel following Crestco merger

Euroclear, the European securities settlement provider, has finalised its legal advisers following its merger with Crestco last September.

Crestco adviser Travers Smith Braithwaite and Euroclear’s counsel Slaughter and May have both been retained to advise the client, which is the biggest trading settlement provider in Europe.
