DLA combines with D&P for £34m computer loan

DLA has combined with its international network, D&P, to close a multi-jurisdictional secured loan deal on behalf of two of its major banking clients.

The firm acted for GMAC Commercial Credit, a branch of General Motors, and Barclays Bank on the provision of a £34m secured loan to computer supplier ISA.
