BrusselsThe Polish Law Society has launched two offices in Brussels ahead of the European Union’s (EU’s) upcoming expansion, becoming the first accession state Bar to establish a presence in the heart of the EU’s administrative centre.

The offices, which were separately launched in December and January, are designed to keep Poland’s national Bar informed of European Commission (EC) developments and strengthen links with Europe’s umbrella bar organisation, the Council for the Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).
