Cameron secures CIS fraud claim withdrawal

A former member of CMS Cameron McKenna’s scandal-hit CIS group has withdrawn allegations of fraud against the firm and agreed to enter into mediation over claims she suffered psychological injury due to bullying.

The move by London-based research assistant Lisa Horstkamp was revealed during an interim costs hearing in the High Court last month.
