Weil Gotshal ties up Paris merger

New York’s Weil Gotshal & Manges has secured an agreement to merge with respected Paris firm Serra Leavy & Cazals.

Legal Week Global has established that an agreement from the French firm to formally integrate in the new year has now been reached and Weil Gotshal is in talks with the influential Paris Bar to gain regulatory approval.
