Dutch quartet form corporate boutique firm

Four senior Dutch partners have formed a new Amsterdam-based corporate finance and real estate firm – creating the second Dutch boutique to be launched this year.

The new practice is operating under the name Warendorf and will be co-managed by two former partners from the 29-partner Dutch firm Van Doorne: property expert Cornelius Slangen and corporate finance partner Emile Uyldert.
