Dutch authorities give CC all-clear over billing

Clifford Chance (CC) has been given the all-clear by the Dutch Ministry of Justice after two MPs called for an investigation into its billing practices in The Netherlands.

Jan Hein Donner has told the MPs, Gerritjan Van Oven and Aleid Wolfsen, that he has no knowledge of any wrongdoing taking place at CC’s Dutch practice.
