Weil Gotshal set for Paris launch

Weil Gotshal & Manges has secured an agreement to merge with respected Paris firm Serra Leavy & Cazals – sealing the top 10 US firm’s French law debut.

Legal Week has established that an agreement from the French firm to formally integrate in the New Year has now been reached and Weil Gotshal is in talks with the influential Paris Bar to agree terms on a formal launch date.
