DLA’s Scottish arm has beaten tough competition from national leaders to advise on a £355m project to install a tram system in Edinburgh – working alongside Dundas & Wilson and London-based solicitors and parliamentary agents Bircham Dyson Bell.

All three firms have won lengthy tenders to advise Transport Initiatives Edinburgh (TIE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Edinburgh’s city council, on the project, which is being backed by the Scottish Parliament.
