The president of the London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA), Tony Guise, has thrown his weight behind proposals to introduce a “predictable costs” regime for high-value litigation claims.

Speaking at the LSLA’s annual dinner last week, Guise told delegates he believed current proposals to introduce fixed costs for fast-track cases would ultimately be followed by a “predictable costs” regime for multi-track litigation, which covers claims of more than £15,000.
