Linklaters in Spanish property launch and US securities hire

Falcon: moving to London permanently in the new year Linklaters has made two high-profile hires after taking the London head of top Spanish firm Uria & Menendez and a US-qualified securities partner from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy in New York.

Uria senior associate Rafael Molina left the Spanish leader on 30 October to head Linklaters’ new Spanish real estate practice.
