The UK is unprepared for ‘US-style’ regulatory aggression. This is just one of many alarming conclusions of a report by experts from the London School of Economics and commissioned by DLA.

Based on structured interviews with 50 Ftse 250 or equivalent sized companies, as well as discussions with regulators, analysts and commentators, the research points to a clear development for directors: a more punitive approach to regulation and a subsequent increase in regulatory risk.
