The Hamilton Sherburn Syndicate, including Glasgow-based investment company The Hamilton Portfolio, raised £17.45m from HypoVereinsbank to fund property acquisitions in Sheffield and Dundee.

Northwest law firm DWF advised the syndicate on the overall fundraising and on the Sheffield acquisition, led by property partner John Gower-Jones. DLA banking and finance litigation partner David Hughes advised HypoVereinsbank.
