National Grid Transco (NGT) has finalised its US lead counsel and secondary UK advisers, appointing LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae, Wragge & Co, Eversheds and Martineau Johnson to the energy giant’s list of preferred advisers.
The appointment as US lead counsel is a major boost for the New York-based LeBoeufs, securing it a Ftse 100 client that is also one of the largest listed energy companies in the US.
