Justice Richard Goldstone, the
co-chairman of the IBA’s taskforce on international terrorism, has berated the US for deploying double standards in its approach to international law.

Reporting on the progress of the taskforce to the IBA’s Durban conference on Thursday (24 October), Goldstone, a judge in South Africa’s constitutional court, said the US was setting a bad example to the rest of the world with its approach to international law.
