Sidleys raids Tokyo leader for JV partner

Sidley Austin Brown & Wood has raided leading Tokyo firm Komatsu Koma & Nishikawa to launch a joint venture (JV) in Japan for the top 20 US firm.

The practice is being led by one of Japan’s most respected corporate finance lawyers Tomoo Nishikawa who is joining Sidleys with three other bengoshi lawyers from Komatsu Koma.
