Birmingham’s Putsman.wlc has rolled out a wide-ranging flexible working scheme for the entire firm after the conclusion of a two-year trial period.
The scheme, which was initiated after a trial on a third of the firm, will cover Putsman’s 250-strong staff, including its 25 partners. All staff who have worked for the firm for six months are eligible.
