Andersen defections near 100 as Landwell nabs 29-lawyer tax team

Landwell has hired a 29-lawyer tax team from the legacy French arm of Andersen Legal (AL), in one of the biggest lateral moves since the firm’s French link-up with HSD Ernst & Young in September.

The move sees the 600-lawyer Landwell, the tied law firm of big four accountant PricewaterhouseCoopers, secure two large teams to bolster its general tax and specialist VAT practices.
