Sidleys launches JV with top Tokyo lawyer

Sidley Austin Brown & Wood has raided leading Tokyo firm Komatsu Koma & Nishikawa to launch a joint venture (JV) in Japan for the top 20 US firm.

The JV will be led by one of Japan’s most respected corporate finance lawyers, Tomoo Nishikawa, and his team of three other bengoshi lawyers.
