Top judge Sir Michael Burton was in fine form delivering the after dinner speech at DJ Freeman’s glittering 50th birthday party celebrations last week at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Burton himself is a good friend of the firm, having been instructed by it on a series of high profile cases before being elevated to the Bench.
And he wasn’t afraid to make a joke at his hosts’ expense -likening the great man himself, David Freeman, who was present at the do, to the dinosaurs in the nearby Natural History Museum.
