Tite & Lewis, the Ernst & Young-tied law firm, has lost a senior finance partner in addition to the three partners and 12 assistants who “withdrew” from the firm last week, it has emerged.

Paul Flood – an asset finance partner who was hired last year from US firm LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae – resigned earlier this year and is now understood to be talking to other City firms.
Sources claim that Flood’s departure came amid “differences of opinion” about the direction that the firm’s asset finance practice was taking.
