International law firm Bryan Cave is in the final stages of a global rollout of an integrated suite of litigation support technologies, which will streamline the internal processes of its litigation practice.
One of the few law firms to have a coherent global strategy for the use of litigation technologies, it also aims to use IT to help increase its share of the lucrative market for international arbitration and dispute resolution. The firm, with about 300 litigation lawyers worldwide, is also encouraging the UK courts to accelerate the uptake of trial presentation systems.
