Ashurst Morris Crisp’s internal IT department has developed a bespoke legal information extranet service for one of the firm’s key banking clients, DrKW Finance.
DrKW Finance, part of the technology finance division of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, commissioned Ashursts to create a personalised “client know-how centre” accessible over the internet, designed to provide DrKW Finance with secure access to deal-related documentation that Ashursts has tailored for its exclusive use. It also enables Ashursts to collaborate securely with DrKW Finance in the time leading up to the start of a deal.
