CC's US head quits post for disputes mantle

Clifford Chance’s (CC’s) high profile litigation partner Jim Benedict is stepping down from his position as regional managing partner for the Americas after just 18 months in the role.

New York-based Benedict will not be standing in CC’s forthcoming regional managing partner elections when the secret nomination process closes on Friday (27 September).
