Charge out spat sparks Haarmanns resignations

Two Berlin-based energy partners are leaving leading German firm Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner, citing disagreements over charge out rates.

The two energy specialists, equity partner Cornelia Kermal and junior partner Boris Scholtka, will launch their own firm on 1 January 2003, taking four associates with them.
