Two partners from CMS Derks Star Busmann, the Dutch member of the CMS alliance headed by Cameron McKenna, have stepped down from a local bankruptcy case after allegations of billing irregularities, it has emerged.
The two Utrecht-based Derks partners, Niek Wilke and Hans du Pon, stepped down in 2001 as receivers in the case as a report was compiled related to their conduct.
