A&O signs up Hummingbird

Allen & Overy (A&O) today announced a significant milestone in its globalisation efforts with the purchase of a new document management platform from Hummingbird.

A&O looks set to be the first major UK law firm running the entire Hummingbird Enterprise suite, but sources say Clifford Chance has just signed a similar deal. The largest ‘live’ site in the UK to date is British Telecom’s legal department.
