Bar Council wins Kearns libel claim

The Bar Council has successfully fought off a £50,000 libel claim after wrongly claiming that a Swansea solicitor was not qualified.

The claim, brought by Robert Kearns, the senior partner of Swansea and London firm Kearns, was officially struck out at a hearing on 26 July.
