Lawrence Graham acts on shipping privatisation

Lawrence Graham has secured a rare emerging markets corporate instruction, advising the Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) on its recent privatisation.

The firm advised on the English law aspects of the privatisation, which was conducted by an offer of 102 million shares comprising 52% of its share capital.
