Weil Gotshal & Manges insolvency partner Harvey Miller, widely credited as the driving force behind the New York firm's market leading bankruptcy practice, has announced that he is to leave the firm. Miller is to join boutique investment bank Greenhill & Co on 1 September after more than 30 years with Weil Gotshal.
