Addleshaws seals record bond deal

Addleshaw Booth & Co has completed the largest bond deal in its history after acting on a £750m issue for long-time client Cheshire Building Society.

Although the firm has an established building society practice, the deal is the largest bond issue handled by the firm. Bond work has traditionally remained the preserve of leading City firms, even on the issuer side.
