DLA hires Stibbe insolvency team

DLA is set to boost its Belgian practice after hiring an insolvency team from Herbert Smith’s Benelux ally Stibbe.

The team is led by insolvency and restructuring specialist Christian Van Buggenhout, who is a lead adviser in the Sabena airline insolvency.
