Enron affair leads to new ABA taskforce

The American Bar Association (ABA) has launched a taskforce to address the role that lawyers play in corporate governance post Enron.

The Task Force on Corporate Responsibility will look at the framework of laws, regulations and ethical principles covering the role of corporate attorneys in business.
