Stephen Kinsella, managing partner of Herbert Smith’s Brussels office, has been awarded an OBE in the Queen’s birthday honours list.
Kinsella, who is an antitrust specialist, has been awarded the honour for his work at the British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. Kinsella is the Chamber’s current honorary secretary and legal counsel and was its president from 1999 to 2001.
