Sonnenscheins in NY merger

Chicago’s Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal has taken over the New York firm RubinBaum from 1 June, adding more than 50 lawyers to its New York practice.

The deal will see most of RubinBaum’s 60 lawyers join Sonnenscheins’ New York office, pushing the firm’s total number of lawyers in the city to 135.
