A&O raids Lovells for first German IP partner

Allen & Overy has hired its first German IP partner with a raid on the Hamburg office of London rival Lovells.

Henning Harte-Bavendamm, who is yet to negotiate a start date at his new firm, will join A&O’s Hamburg office as the firm’s first dedicated German IP partner.
