Five London partners from Sinclair Roche & Temperley (SRT) and the bulk of the firm’s Hong Kong practice are left outside of SRT’s merger with Stephenson Harwood (SH), it has emerged.
As SH announced its takeover of SRT, effective from 17 May, it was confirmed that only one of SRT’s four Hong Kong partners has agreed to move to the combined firm.
