Sonnenscheins takes over RubinBaum in NY

Chicago’s Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal is to take over the New York firm RubinBaum from 1 June, adding more than 50 lawyers to the firm’s New York practice.

The deal will see most of RubinBaum’s 60 lawyers join Sonnenscheins’ New York office, pushing the firm’s total lawyers in the city to 135.
