Paul Hastings gains Asian foothold with HK alliance

Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker has agreed a formal link up with Hong Kong firm Koo and Partners, giving the top 25 US firm a base in Asia’s legal capital.

Effective from 30 April, the two firms are operating under Paul Hastings’ management with Koo founding partner Donald Koo heading the combined firm’s Hong Kong office, as well as its office in Beijing.
