Hammonds hires Enron Europe legal chief

Enron Europe vice president and general counsel Mark Evans is to move to Hammond Suddards Edge where he will be a partner in the corporate finance and utilities unit.

The move comes as part of Hammonds’ drive to beef up its utilities practice headed by corporate finance partner and outgoing Manchester head William Downs.
