Holland & Knight axes 230 as Brobecks cuts 60 more

The pace of US law job cuts picked up last week as Holland & Knight announced the redundancy of 230 staff, while technology specialist Brobeck Phleger & Harrison confirmed its third round of cuts with the loss of nearly 60 staff.

Florida-based Holland & Knight confirmed on 1 May that about 60 associates were being laid off across the firm’s US and foreign offices, along with 170 support staff.
