Egg scrambles for new legal head

Internet bank Egg is searching for a new head of legal after losing its general counsel to AMP UK Financial Services.

Egg’s former legal director and company secretary James Butler has moved to the Australia-based insurance giant to head a 105-strong legal and compliance team.
