Ashursts beats Slaughters to Davis Polk referral

Ashurst Morris Crisp has beaten City rival Slaughter and May to a lucrative M&A referral from Slaughters’ US ‘best friend’ Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Ashursts teamed up with Davis Polk to advise US company AMI Semiconductor and technology buy-out fund Francisco Partners on their acquisition of a division of STMicroelectronics’ subsidiary Alcatel Microelectronics.
