DJ Freeman IT and e-commerce partner Clive Davies has advised Integris on the completion of a major pathfinder PFI contact with Norwich City Council. The deal, worth £85m, took nearly three years to negotiate. Beachcroft Wansbroughs IT partner Alan Wood advised the council.
Hammond Suddards Edge property partner Charles Hodder and corporate finance partner Barry Stimpson have advised property investment company Urbanfirst on its acquisition of the Bargate Centre in Southampton. The centre is a 150,000 sq ft scheme originally developed in the late 1980s by Royal Insurance. Sole practitioners Julian Holy and Simone Collins advised the vendor Epic Group.
