DAC boosts restructure practice with Rajani hire

Rajani National insurance firm Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) has picked up Nicholson Graham & Jones’ head of business recovery Shashi Rajani as part of a drive to build a corporate restructuring practice.

Rajani, who is also the Law Society’s chief insolvency assessor, started at the firm earlier this week.
